It all comes down to today. 3:00 p.m. Patroons vs. Phoenix.

Come on, did you expect anything different?

Counting regular season and postseason, the Albany Patroons and New York Phoenix are 3-3 against each other. Each team has claimed one victory on their opponents’ home court. Heck, during the regular season, both teams scored 462 cumulative points against each other.

This is tighter than a pair of new shoes on a rainy day.

And it all comes down to one game. One matchup to determine who advances and faces the Capital Seahawks in the second round of the TBL playoffs.

This is intense. And I can’t wait for the final showdown of the Route 5 Rivalry.

Will the Patroons advance to the second round of the postseason, or will the Phoenix knock the legacy squad out of the running?

Will the upstarts punch their ticket to face the Seahawks, or will the Patroons make them say nighty night?

One game. One matchup. 48 minutes, two teams. Tip the ball up, let’s go.

You heard me.

Let’s go.
